Men's Prayer Breakfast

Brethren, the call has gone forth: the men of HOPE FOR LIVING MINISTRIES are summoned to the Fellowship Hall for our Men's Prayer Breakfast, a sacred morning set apart to seek the face of God before we break bread together. While the world marks this Fourth of July with feasting and fireworks, we are called higher — to declare that "if my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven" (2 Chronicles 7:14). This is no mere meal. It is an altar.

This gathering is for every man under the sound of this word: husbands and fathers, young men and seasoned saints, the steadfast and the struggling alike. God is calling men to rise up as priests of their homes, to lead in righteousness, and to stand in the gap for their families, this church, and this nation. We will not come to be entertained, but to be broken, cleansed by the precious blood of Jesus, and filled afresh with the power of the Holy Ghost. Where men bow low in true repentance, heaven bows near.

Come hungry — not only for the breakfast spread, but for the bread of life. After we eat, a Spirit-anointed word of encouragement will be brought forth to strengthen us to walk faithfully and holy before God in a crooked generation. Expect God to convict, to deliver, and to commission. Chains will be broken at this table where the men of God agree together in prayer.

Let nothing keep you away. Lay aside the cares of the morning and come, for the King's business requires haste. Bring a brother, bring a son, bring a neighbor who needs the Lord. Jesus is coming soon — let us be found watching, praying, and standing fast as men of God. We will be looking for you in the Fellowship Hall.
